Awesomeness!!!!!!!!!!!

Last Tuesday, I got an amazing invitation! A guy from my church, my Sunday school teacher to be exact, and his son were going to the Kings/Lakers game, and he had two extra tickets.......he invited me and Britt to come with them!!!!!!!! OH. MY. WORD. YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was so amazing! The seats we had were like five rows back from the court, and it was soooooo awesome!!!!!!!!!! Brittany had no idea what was going on......I had to explain a lot, but I don't think I did a good job. She just rooted for the cute, 'short', guy.......lol. I was decked out in purple, and Kings stuff! :D Okay, yes, the Kings lost, but........it was an awesome game!!!!!! I had SO MUCH FUN! And........I was completely obnoxious and loud and very vocal.....just ask poor Brittany, she was sitting right next to me. Thank you so very much, Bob!!!! I had a blast, it was an amazing night!!!!!

So Magical!

....That's what last Sunday was; it was magical. Last Sunday was my 18th birthday party, and it was an amazing, awesome, fabulous day! My amazing grandparents came up, along with my equally amazing Omi (my dad's mom). And then there was my fabulous Uncle Sock and Aunty Lynn who came over! Dearest *Jane*, spectacular Amanda, and my humorous friend, Jason, came to my party too! And........My Colettey was back home for spring break, so she was able to come too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh, it was such a good day! *Jane*, Amanda and Colette, came over after church and shortly after we got home, my grandparents and Omi showed up. We all sat around and talked and hung out.......and waited for Jason and my Aunt and Uncle to show up. My Aunt and Uncle had had children's church duty at their church, so that's why they were later then the others. And Jason.......well, he forgot to set his clock an hour ahead for daylight savings time. Yeah......hehe, we laughed at him! Everyone finally showed up though and then we got to eat....we were all starving by that time, though we did get chips while waiting. Oh, the food was so good......ahhhhh! *sigh of satisfaction* We had my mom's awesome lasagna, homemade garlic bread, and salad. It. Was. Good. Okay, it was beyond good! And then I got to hold the big tub of ice cream, with candles sticking out of the ice cream, and wait for everyone to sing happy birthday to me. I didn't have a cake, cause I decided to go with Banana Splits, instead. Since no one was hungry for dessert yet though, it was present opening time!!!!! Yeah!!!!! And, I know that no one wants a big long list of all that I got for my birthday, and nobody wants to hear about it...............but too bad! Ha, this is why this blog is MY blog! So........

I got a humongous stash of loot! From my amazing, awesome, wonderful parents, I got an awesome purple purse, mascara, (I needed some of that), some foundation, (again, I needed some more....they are smart!), lip stick, and some purple lipstick! Also, I get to go on a shopping trip with mom, on which she'll buy me a new outfit! :D

Danny is going to take me to see 'How To Train Your Dragon' when it comes out in the theaters!

From Jacko Bean, I got candy!!!! Dots and Swedish Fish! They are all gone now........ :)

Nick gave me a fabulous Purple hat......I've been wanting it ever since I got the black on of it for Brittany for her b-day! :)

Samantha gave me a pretty necklace, that says 'sister' on one side of it, and on the other side says 'The best thing about having a sister is that I always have a friend'. Is not that sweet! :)

From Joey I got a gold charm bracelet watch! It's so very pretty, and I love it! :)

Becca gave me a pair of really pretty earrings....which I wore today! :)

My Aunty Lynn, and Uncle Sock gave me the most beautiful dangley purple earrings, a blow pop, and a sweet card! :)

From Omi, I got money! Money is a good thing.......I kinda need it to go to college. :)

Grandma and Grandpa gave me cd. This isn't any ordinary cd though. This cd has $1400 on it! They also gave me some more money, in their card to me, too! They are amazing, and I love them! :D

Jason gave me money for scratchers. He said every 18 year old should have those, lol. :)

Colettey gave me a book.....but this isn't just any book! This is a book in 'The Scarlet Pimpernel' series!!!!!!!!!!!! :D

Brittany and Amanda.......get this.........they gave me.......a fuzzy Purple scarf, which is so very cute and pretty, and...............THE MOST AWESOMEST SHOES IN THE WHOLE WIDE WORLD!!!!!!!! I've been wanting these shoes ever since I saw them and they are so awesome! :D

We played Wii, and Apples to Apples, and hung out and had a great day!!! After everyone else had left that night, Colettey, Danny, Samantha, Nick, Jason, Mom, and I watched a movie. I think it was one of the best days of my life! It was definitely magical!

18.............

.....that's how old I turned today. Is that weird or what?! 18 seems so.....so.....so grown up. My family made my birthday a happy day! My amazing mom made Chocolate Chip Pancakes for breakfast, and paninis for lunch. We aren't celebrating my birthday until Sunday though, so today was spent cleaning the house, making it presentable for company. Sunday, there will be 18 people at our house. 18 people for the 18th birthday party! Is that cool or what? It's cool, okay? Okay! Anyways, yesterday I brought brownies to my Karate class, because of my birthday. Then I spent class time, having a nice visit with 'Uncle Walt', who had been so kind as to give Nathaniel a ride to and from Karate. I have a major sinus infection again, complete with a cough, so I didn't participate in Karate. Brownie addict that he is, I am kinda surprised that Aunt Marilyn's brownies made it home to her......lol! But, somehow, Uncle Walt controlled himself and refrained from eating them on the way home. Another person, who shall remain nameless, cracked me up at class, as he ate the brownies like a bag of M&M's or Bonbon's.............my word! Talk about a sugar addict! But I digress. Tomorrow is AWANA games. I was on the AWANA team....but now I'm sick with a stupid hacking cough. So......I sadly will not be going tomorrow. Anyways, I'm hoping and praying that I am well by Sunday, for my party! It shall be a magical day! :D

Still can't really believe I'm 18.
