Well, thanks to *Jane* over at 'Endless Rambles of a Christian Conservative Mind', I have fixed the first verse of my song/poem. She pretty much did the first two lines of the verse. Thank you Jane! (She really is a very poetic thing, that Jane.) :)
Here is the new first verse:
Christmas time has finally come,
But, some forget what happened.
How it was that first Christmas day,
how sin's curse was lost that day.

Poetic thing? Guess so.. though most of my poems are a little on the sad side.(Think Lucie Silvas's song "What You're Made Of" type stuff).
You really need to work on that girl! It's all those depressing songs you listen to. *shakes head*
You should really make a happy poem every once in a while. :) Although, the poems I've seen that were written by you, though sad, were very pretty and nice.
(you really should work on the cheerful thing though) :)
I do write some cheerful things.... they are just WAY more personal then I'm going to put on the world wide web!
And you also have to realize that all the sad poems came from emotions I was having after my grandfather died. Had to have some way to express that. And my happy poems don't really rhyme....
