Back from Paradise!

Well, I spent the last week with my family in Pismo, on the beach! IT. WAS. THE. MOST. AWESOME. VACATION. EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was so awesome! I had the greatest time in the world! And I miss the beach now! We went to the beach everyday, despite the fact that the weather was rather foggy and cold. It was still cool! We drove on the beach and did donuts and such like that, which was fun! We even saw a couple seals on the beach, which was neat. And we body surfed! Insane fun! By the way, River Raft tubes, are tons of fun to use in the ocean! You should totally try it! Really! I so love body surfing in the ocean.......but I want a wet suit, that water gets cold! Oh! We also have fifty billion, gazillion, sand dollars now, which we collected. There were a lot of them. Here are some pictures from the vacation...and mom, you may have beat me in the race to post about vacation first, but I think I posted more pictures. :)

These two pelicans were out on the pier, just sitting there. We got to feed them some dead fish that a kind fisherman gave us to use.

One day we went to a little playground. Jack thought the large sea animal statues were pretty cool....until he got on them and realized how hot they were from sitting in the sun!

We ate lunch at McDonald's one day, and Jackson thought the giant Ronald McDonald was pretty neat!
This was one of the seals that we saw that came up on the beach. We named this one 'Ray Charles', because he was constantly swinging his head back and forth.....he was sick, and dying.
We went to Windmill Farms which has a little petting zoo. Here's Nick with one of the goats.

The sunset....it wasn't as pretty as it could of been, because of the fog, but it still was pretty.

This is me with the foil ball that we made. I'll have you know we had a rousing game of Kickball with that thing! Home-schoolers are creative! And hey, we didn't have a real ball. Sometimes you have to get creative!
